PAYMENT OPTIONS

Your order can be paid for using any of the following payment methods by simply selecting the appropriate method when you checkout:
 

Credit Card / Debit Card (via PayPal)

 
You can pay for your order using Visa or MasterCard via PayPal. PayPal is free for you to use and is a safe & secure financial processing site that uses the world’s most advanced fraud prevention systems.  If you do not already have a PayPal account simply register with them during the checkout process when prompted (or before you shop with us if you prefer) and once you have set up your account you can pay using your credit card immediately.  Creating your account will only take a few minutes with one simple form to complete online. For regular PayPal users you can use your PayPal balance, e-cheque using your registered bank account or credit/debit card.  Once you have selected the PayPal option in the checkout process you will be transferred to their site where you can login using your normal PayPal username & password.
 

Bank Deposit

 
When you come to the payment options in the checkout simply choose the “Bank Deposit” option. Our bank account details will be shown after you’ve placed your order and also included in the email you will receive from us once you've placed your order. Please include your name or order number as a reference so we can track your payment quickly and easily. Ensure that your payment is for the total amount of your order including postage. Once you have deposited the money into our account (either by internet banking or over the counter deposit) please email us at orders@classicemily.com.auto let us know your order has been paid for.  You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received, usually in 1-3 working days.
 

Australia Post Money Order

 
When you’re ready to place and pay for your order simply choose the “Australia Post Money Order” option in the checkout process. Money Orders can be purchased from any Australia Post outlet and should be made payable to Classic Emily.

Please include a copy of your order with your Money Order (this will be emailed to you once you’ve placed your order or it can printed from our website).
 
You will receive an email from us once we have received your payment.
 
 

Can I Cancel My Order?

 
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped.  Once the status has been marked as "shipped" the order has been completed and we are unable to cancel it. To check on the progress or status of your order simply login to your account, click on "Previous Orders" then click on the order you wish to check on.  You can also email us at enquiries@classicemily.com.auand we will let you know the status.
 
To cancel your order either send a message via the "Help Desk" button which you will find next to your list of orders in "My Account" or send an email to enquiries@classicemily.com.auand include your name and order number. 
 
You will receive an email from us informing you once the order has been cancelled.
 
If you have already paid for your order your money will be refunded to you using the same method in which you paid.
