SHIPPING

It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct delivery address.  You will be liable to pay for any additional shipping costs should your order be shipped to the incorrect address,  returned to us and need to be re-sent to you at the correct address.
 

Shipping Fees – Never a Bad Surprise!

 
Have you ever gone to order something over the internet and have the shipping fee increase for every item you add to your cart?  This will never happen when you shop with Classic Emily!
 
We charge a flat-rate for shipping.  No matter how many items you purchase per order you will only be charged the following fee:
 
$11 – for orders sent to NSW
$15 – for orders sent anywhere else in Australia
 
Receive free shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over $150!
 
Why not take advantage of this great flat-rate shipping fee and free delivery for orders over $150 and order a few more items – never be caught out for a gift again!
 
Each order can only be shipped to the one delivery address. (Individual items within the order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.)
 
Please Note – The above shipping rates are subject to change when Australia Post & Courier charges increase.  This page will always show our current shipping rates.
 

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

 
Your order will be shipped to you via Courier or Australia Post (depending on what is being shipped and the delivery location).  Goods can be sent to any business or residential address as well as PO Boxes and Locked Bags.
 
Fees cover the actual cost of sending your order to you plus labour and materials used to ensure your items reach you safely (eg. bubble wrap, padded bag, box, etc).
 

How Long Will Delivery Take?

 
Your order will be dispatched normally within 2 working days of your payment being received.  Orders paid for via Direct Depost and PayPal e-cheque will be sent once the funds have cleared – please keep in mind this can take 2 to 5 working days. You will normally receive your goods within 3-6 business days of order being sent but delivery to regional areas may take up to 10 days.  We will advise you via email if the shipment of your order has been delayed for any reason.
 
If you want to check on the progress of your order you can simply logon to your account at Classic Emily.  You will also be emailed when your parcel has been shipped.
 
It is your responsibility to contact us if you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks.  Please check your letterbox and under your doormat in case Australia Post or the Courier has left a card instructing you how to receive your delivery.
 

Can I Pick My Order Up?

 
At the present time Classic Emily does not offer a pick-up service.
 

Can I Have the Order Sent to a Different Address?

 
Absolutely.  During the checkout process simply enter the address you would like the order to be shipped to in the “Shipping Address” section.  Your address & details will need to be entered as usual in the “Billing Address” so we know who to contact if we have any questions regarding the order.
 

Can I Have the Item Gift Wrapped?

 
Absolutely.  If you would like any or all of your items gift wrapped simply select this option next to the appropriate item/s when you are in either the shopping cart or order summary sections. 
 
The following two Gift Wrapping Options are available and will be shown when you proceed through the checkout (if you have selected the gift wrapping option next to any item):
  • Your entire order can be wrapped as one gift (ideal if one person will be receiving all the items). A flat fee of $5 applies.
  •  Some, or all of the items can be wrapped individually (ideal if you're sending the items as gifts to different people at the one address). A fee of $2 per item applies.
Don't forget that an order can only be shipped to the one address.
 
A gift card can also be provided and included with your package.  Please enter the text you would like written on the card in the free text area provided on the Gift Wrapping Selection page when you checkout. (You will only be shown this page if you have selected gift wrapping for 1 or more items.)
 

Can I Cancel My Order?

 
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped.  Once the status has been marked as "shipped" the order has been completed and we are unable to cancel it. To check on the progress or status of your order simply login to your account, click on "Previous Orders" then click on the order you wish to check on.  You can also email us at enquiries@classicemily.com.auand we will let you know the status.
 
To cancel your order either send a message via the "Help Desk" button which you will find next to your list of orders in "My Account" or send an email to enquiries@classicemily.com.auand include your name and order number. 
 
You will receive an email from us informing you once the order has been cancelled.
 
If you have already paid for your order your money will be refunded to you using the same method in which you paid.
