Our Returns Policy is in accordance with the NSW Office of Fair Trading Guidelines.

If you are unhappy with your item or if it’s the wrong size you can return it to Classic Emily. You can exchange the item for the same product in a different size/colour or request a Store Credit Voucher. Credit Vouchers have no expiry date and can be used for any item/s in this store. You will receive a voucher for the original purchase price of returned item/s (excluding postage).
Please contact us at enquiries@classicemily.com.au prior to returning an item for credit or exchange. After you have contacted us you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation Code ("RMA Code") which you will need to write on your Returns Form. A Returns Form will be included with all orders (please contact us if you require another one).
Return post to Classic Emily is at your own expense. Items must be received within 21 days from the order date on invoice and in brand new condition (with all tags still attached) in original packaging. Please ensure you package your goods securely and safely. We must be able to re-stock the item as new to re-sell. If your item is found to be used or damaged it will be returned to you and any credit or exchange agreed to will be forfeited.
If you choose to exchange for a different size or colour please email us to confirm which size or colour you require. If we have the size or colour in stock we will put it aside for you. If we do not have your size or colour in stock you will be given the option of waiting for the item to be ordered or requesting a credit voucher. Please ensure the item and new size or colour you require is written on your Returns Form. Classic Emily will pay to ship the return order to you when you exchange the item for the same product in a different size or colour.
If you choose a credit voucher please email us prior to returning your item so we know to expect delivery of it. Once we have received your item with the completed Returns Form included a Store Credit Voucher will be posted to you. Please keep this voucher in a safe place as it contains a code number you will need when you want to redeem it.
How do I redeem the credit voucher in the future? Your credit voucher can be put towards the purchase of any item/s in this web-store. The credit voucher will have a code number on it which you simply enter at the checkout stage. By entering this code number your credit voucher amount will automatically be taken off your order once you click "recalculate". You will be responsible for payment of shipping costs for this order (unless your voucher is paying for part or all of the postage cost). You will also be responsible to pay the difference of the order if it exceeds your credit voucher amount.

Please allow up to 5 working days upon our receipt of goods for credits and exchanges to be shipped to you. You will receive an email from us when we have received your item.
All items are quality checked prior to being sent out but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately. Classic Emily will pay for a replacement item to be shipped to you. A full refund (including shipping cost) will be given to you if a replacement product is not available.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped. Once the status has been marked as "shipped" the order has been completed and we are unable to cancel it. To check on the progress or status of your order simply login to your account, click on "Previous Orders" then click on the order you wish to check on. You can also email us at
To cancel your order either send a message via the "Help Desk" button which you will find next to your list of orders in "My Account" or send an email to enquiries@classicemily.com.au and include your name and order number.
You will receive an email from us informing you once the order has been cancelled.
If you have already paid for your order your money will be refunded to you using the same method in which you paid.
